Our company
JCV Services Pty Ltd (Formerly Tamroc Mining Services) was established in 2006, servicing Anglo American and Peabody mine sites.
We specialise in all areas of pipework for CHPP maintenance and the management of raw, potable, and waste water in the mining industry. Our capabilities extend to construction of pipe lines, gas and water, maintenance of existing lines, and the operation of filtration plants.
We currently service contracts for Coal Handling Process Plant maintenance with all small bore pipe and large HDPE pipe work, galvanised stainless steel piping, fire system lines, air lines for sprays and dust supression.

The Cap 15 project involved the upgrade of the Modular 5 Process Plant at Capcoal Mine. JCV was responsible for the supply and installation of HDPE pipe sections, Instrument air, gland/make-up water piping. The project was completed to schedule and under budget.

Moranbah North Gas Pipe Line Expansion Project

Supply and install Ten Kilometres of 630mm HDPE buried gas pipe line to the current gas powered power plant. All pipe lines were run downhill with low point drains installed, which allowed all moisture to be extracted from the gas line. All work was completed adjacent to a power line easement which provided us with an extra set of challenges.
